Knowledge of sawmill machinery and maintenance Understanding of Sawmill Optimization and quality guidelines Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills Proficient in troubleshooting electrical components Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work habits Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in computer applications Dedicated to continuous improvements with special emphasis on safety, quality, environment, production and cost Valid driver's license Prefer at least 2 years of experience in a management position Job Duties:
Oversee the mill production including mill employees, workplace efficiency and product quality Ensure that plant, equipment, yard, and buildings are maintained by coordinating with maintenance and upper management Assist in maintenance when required Troubleshoot and problem solves issues that occur Help to train new employees in job duties Actively promotes and coordinates all elements of the safety program Supervise sawmill workers Communicate clearly with all levels of management Job Type:
